Students learn under the guidance of coach, whose help can always count on. In addition, the training cycle are four consultative meetings, during which students can discuss with the teacher bothering their problems. Courses are conducted in small groups, which ensures good contact between the participants and their educator. The training includes 80 hours of individual work in the Moodle platform (16 weeks) on the use of information technology in the work of the teacher. Platform to use only an Internet browser and access to the Internet, because Moodle is free software. Until now, the training system of blended learning decided to Malopolska 242 teachers. In September, the education started another group of students. The participants recommended this form of training other teachers. “I use often with a computer and the Internet, but my knowledge in this area is not enough, so I decided to order it and expand. I chose e-learning course, because I do not have time to steady course, and besides, I prefer to work at their own pace and at a convenient time for me. Already participated in several e-learning courses and suits me, this form of learning. “- says Ewa Dzierwa, learning English teacher in High School II. K.K.Baczyńskiego in Chrzanów. In her view, training, e-learning has many advantages. “We are working when we have the time and inclination. As long as we want. We are not dependent on the group and the coach. We do not have to go outside. Eliminated the problem of commuting. We can spend more time on selected elements of the course. Working independently, we gain more self-confidence and learn. “- Eve Dzierwa lists. A similar view is Gawor Marta, a history teacher and WOS-in LO at the School of Chemical Economic Trzebinia. “To participate in the course prompted me a few things. Namely, I felt the need to deepen their skills. A unsteady course gave me a chance, allowing free disposal time. The most important fact is the relative freedom and the ability to adapt to the pace of work of their skills and time they need to dedicate. I work when I want and how long you want on particular issues. “- says Marta Gawor. According to her not to be skeptical of e-learning. “I see no reason why they should be afraid of this form of education. Some anxiety can cause the problem of contact with the teacher. Many people appreciates and is accustomed to direct contact with a person https://studybays.me/ who pursues activities and can not imagine a situation that could have been otherwise. However, the solution is here forums and e-mail. “- adds Marta Gawor. Paul also Siejka, a history teacher and WOS-in at the School of Chemical Economic Trzebinia, notes a number of advantages of e-learning education. “In computing course I wanted to take part, as a teacher to broaden their skills and professional competence. I chose the unsteady form, as it offers the opportunity to work at your own pace, at home – for me – the person rather not complaining of too much free time – was actually the only option. “- says the teacher. As an added value of the course mentions the ability to decide for themselves on mastering the material of which the party spend more time. “We are working at home, in the hours that best meet us. We do not waste time on things that we are well controlled. On the stationary training – willing or not – we would have to participate in their performance. “- Paul emphasizes Siejka emphasizing that e-learning is a good form of self-study for each of the minimal knowledge of information technology. What are the expectations of the training participants are DZN? First they intend to organize and expand their knowledge in the use of computer and information technology in teaching. It depends on them to learn new skills, which will gain the freedom to operate in the computer. And all of this is designed to work even better with the student, because he is in the lens, which are concentrated efforts of teachers. Send (); }); / ** / A simple probe that can be performed in any place and on any population (and they did it a few times my students), it is clear that we understand education primarily as going to school and learning – as preparation for the lesson. Such thinking is not surprising. But such thinking also lies in a trap. And even danger! That’s what I mean at this point, I’ll explain the first example of literature. So I will refer to another yet to experience. Now, every time when I started classes with students of poetics, and when I greeted the announcement that we will be among I write and compose poems met with expressions of disbelief. How so? – they seemed to ask students puzzled faces. “But we do not have poetic talents” – answered in this or a similar way. And here began our reflections on the line, and poetry. The fact that these are two different things (although in the past at times otherwise) that should not be confused with one another – and even more confused; that one (wierszowość text, the same way of speaking) is not enough for second (with his poetry) that about him does not prejudge or determines it, but could potentially include its decks (ie theoretically every line, even the most graphomanic in its form , perhaps for one of us, a single recipient, for example, pass the beautiful poetry). I realized this is only for the Polish studies previously because no one explained the nuances connected with it, on the contrary – we were taught so that the line between poetry and not be traced to a specific difference, even if the difference was, and still relevant, fundamental issues. Today, as I reflect on the essence of a modern school and education, I realize that I am dealing with a similar phenomenon with which I struggled for years in literature. To our everyday thinking about school and education, so as to think about the line and poetry, imperceptibly crept belief in their uniqueness. Dangerous belief! School and education, education and school, have created such a coherent and a pair of identical terms that the ordinary meaning we do not want to see even the obvious differences, we do not want to think about what in fact is one thing, and every second. And there would be nothing wrong with that, if not for the fact that thinking about education, by referring it to school today, cast a shadow on the first – and obviously to the detriment of both. Meanwhile, education as such, as a development and learning does not have to incase a bad glory, as in many opinions covers of her today’s school (called not only school of traditional, but in the context of a changing world – even school nineteenth century). This negative attitude to education, however, will last as long as our current thinking in education is synonymous with walking to school and learning with homework. And here we touch the heart of the matter. Well, in many cases, we confuse the essence of our actions and behaviors of the same institutions and mechanisms which, within the social life developed as a tool for implementation. Confuse education with the school, as – let’s say – we confuse health with hospitals and law enforcement authorities. Education identify the educational system (with teaching in educational institutions), as taking care of health associate with the health care system (with walking to the clinic and doctors), and life in the rule of law – with the presence of police, prosecutors and courts. We want to entertain the conviction, and perhaps even to believe that we ensure health through hospitals, due to the fact that they are, as peace and order in everyday life by another bodies and institutions to set up (see. G. Dryden, J. Vos , revolution in learning, translation B. Jozwiak. Poznań 2003, p. 81). It is no different with education! We live in the belief that education is almost exclusively schools, and above all an elaborate system of education that at least the first twenty years of his life planning our education and our overall development. In this way we associate with the network education institutions, with all the “education industry” (and structures which it produces), and we lose sight of the essence of many things. Thus, for instance. That learning themselves and others should first be (co-) work, building relationships, awakening consciousness, etc., and not the implementation of the program calculated mainly on knowledge transfers; therefore, that education – like health or the right – is not only institutions and their breakneck systems, but the daily care of the overall development and awareness of things. The attention to state of mind, a mood, a performance and condition, of orthodoxy, rule of law etc. Only in this way can we make education the focus of our daily struggles and treatments, not just the subject of school and periodic credits. Only in this way, education can become for us as important as our health or peace and order in the environment. Only in this way can we think about it the same way as for other needs or problems – to buy a computer, to schedule holidays or balancing the family budget. What is the essence of education they should therefore not be translated by reference to schools through so strong together their bond. Well, since we do (and whether we’ll do whatever), if the state educational establishments will put a shadow on the state of education, what’s more – if you will represent the state of education? As it is now. We are defend education as such, or złożymy it on the altar institution? Or as long as we will not be able to change schools and educational systems, we will not be able to alter ways of learning (and thinking about them)? Is education was in the grip of some? Note about the author: Mariusz Zawodniak is a literary historian and associate professor at the Institute of Polish Philology at the University of Bydgoszcz. He teaches, among others, poetics, is also involved in advocacy press and social communication, and for years – is passionate about the challenges of modern education. “School of new generation” is his own project, previously presented in various forms USW students. In the current version – as a proposal of cooperation and exchange of ideas – is addressed to all: to the students and parents, teachers and school authorities, and finally to local governments and other bodies managing education.
